Twenty years into my career, I've learned that growth isn't a formula, it's a relationship. Between a brand and the people who buy it. Between a strategy and the team that has to live it every day. Between vision and the patience it takes to get there.
I've spent my career inside that relationship, leading marketing, innovation, and growth for global organizations spanning consumer goods and pharmaceutical/healthcare, working across some of the world's most recognizable portfolios as well as early-stage brands still finding their footing. Global icons and local rising stars, across a wide range of emerging and developed markets.
